Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Base

Ingredients

1/2 Red Dragon Fruit

1/2 Mango

1 Banana

300 ml Soy Milk

25 ml Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Honey

For the Garnish

Ingredients

1//4  cup Coconut Flakes

1/2 cup Blackberries

1/2 Banana

1 sprig of Mint

1/2 cup of your favorite Granola

Instructions

Peel the dragon fruit, cut into 1 inch cubes, and freeze in zip lock bag over night

Peel the mango, cut into 1 inch cubes, and freeze in zip lock bag over night

Cut the banana into 1 inch slices, and freeze in ziplock bag overnight

In a blender, add all ingredients

Blend until thick and smooth

Spoon a desired portion of dragon fruit smoothie into a bowl

To garnish, arrange the banana, coconut flakes, granola, and mint on top
