Returns & Cancellations
Canceling an order after it has been sent to the fulfillment center incurs a 25% restocking fee. A refund is issued for the cost of the wine, minus shipping, handling, and the restocking fee once the wine has been received at the warehouse.

Damaged or flawed wines purchased through the website can be replaced or refunded. Returns must include the unfinished portion of the original bottle. However, returns of alcoholic beverages are only accepted if the products are corked or flawed. Adverse weather conditions during shipment or order errors cannot be returned.

Delivery requirements include obtaining a signature from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. Leaving notes for delivery companies as a replacement for an individual signing the shipment is not accepted. Shipping to a business address is recommended, and the condition of wine cannot be guaranteed if delivery is not made on the first attempt. Unsuccessful deliveries may be held in a facility without temperature control.
