1st course

Monterey Bay Abalone Fitter, Lemon Aioli, Ogo Seaweed, and Cilantro Blossom paired with Isla Rose Brut Rosé

This delicate fritter is rich in flavor and texture with beautiful lemon zest aioli, adding a bright component to the dish. The Isla Rose Brut Rosé brings a refreshing element to the plate and draws out the salty notes from the seaweed.

Mount Lassen Steelhead Trout Pastrami, Fennel and Saffron Nage, Trout Roe, and Estate Crisp Asian Pear paired with 2022 Kick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc  

The luscious, cured fish harmonizes beautifully with the 2022 Kick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc, introducing a vivid, crisp minerality that elegantly slices through the richness of the trout. The pastrami spice on the trout highlights the citrus fruit notes in the Sauvignon Blanc.

2nd course 

Estate Miso Roasted Squash, Pumpkin Seed, Garden Chimichurri and Garlic Blossom paired with 2022 Unoaked Chardonnay  

The richness of the miso roasted squash is balanced by the vibrancy of the chimichurri, while the pumpkin seeds add texture and depth. The 2022 Unoaked Chardonnay brings a nice bright acidity that cuts through the rich dish while lending citrus notes of lemon blossom. 

House Made Chestnut Gnocchi, Sauteed Swiss Chard, Sage Brown Butter paired with 2022 Estate Chardonnay  

A beautiful fall dish. The soft gnocchi pairs perfectly with the 2022 Estate Chardonnay. As you savor each bite, the Chardonnay unveils warm butterscotch notes, harmonizing flawlessly with the sage-infused brown butter, offering a delightful nutty essence to this dish.

3rd course

Hand Made Venison Sausage with Cranberry, Celery Root Mousseline ,Truffled Brussel Sprouts Leaves, Sonoma Coast Huckleberry Jus paired with 2021 Estate Pinot Noir

Robust, bold flavors from the sausage, intertwined with the earthy allure of shaved truffles, is flawlessly paired with the 2021 Pinot Noir. The huckleberry jus, combined with the cranberry in the sausage accentuates the fruit components of the wine, where notes of cherry and raspberry layer the palate.

Savory Brioche Pain-Perdue, Smoked Fiscalini Cheese, Estate Fig Chutney and Wild Red Sorrel paired with 2021 Rockpile Zinfandel

This dish is both sweet and savory. The deep flavors of our Estate fig chutney, with the intenisty of the smoked Fiscalini chesse pair beautfuilly with the Rockpile Zinfandel as it presents both blueberry and blackberry fruit, as well as a more savory qualities like shitake mushroom and roasted coffee.
