Canceled Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please email info@bricoleurvineyards.com as soon as possible. Orders canceled after being sent to the fulfillment center are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A refund will be issued for the cost of the wine, minus shipping, handling, and the restocking fee, once the wine is returned and received at the warehouse.

Damaged or Flawed Wines

If you receive a corked or flawed bottle purchased through our website, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. Returns must include the unfinished portion of the original bottle. Please note that returns are only accepted for products that are corked or otherwise flawed, not for damage due to adverse weather conditions or shipping errors beyond our control. Delivery Requirements

All wine shipments require a signature from an individual 21 years of age or older. Notes left for delivery drivers cannot be accepted as a substitute for a valid signature. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address, UPS or FedEx store, or a location where someone will be available during standard delivery hours. Please note that if delivery is not successful on the first attempt, the shipment may be held at a carrier facility that is not temperature controlled, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the wine in those circumstances.
