Wine Club
Club Bricoleur is our wine club membership that gives you customizable wine shipments, insider access, exclusive savings, and unforgettable experiences throughout the year. Members receive benefits both onsite and online.
You can choose from three flexible options based on how many bottles you receive per shipment (sent 3 times per year):
• 3 Bottle Club - 9 bottles per year
• 6 Bottle Club - 18 bottles per year
• 12 Bottle Club - 36 bottles per year
Each level unlocks different savings and shipping perks.

Nope! Club Bricoleur has zero joining fees or annual dues. You’re only charged when your seasonal wine shipments are processed.
Wine is shipped three times per year, Winter, Spring, and Fall. You'll receive reminders before each shipment to customize your wines and update shipping details.
Yes! Every shipment is fully customizable. We’ll send you a reminder before each release so you can choose your wines based on your taste and seasonal favorites.
Absolutely. After you’ve received your first 3 shipments, you can skip or pause your membership at any time through your online account or by contacting our team.
Wine Club memberships are ongoing and automatically renew using the member information on file. Your membership will remain active unless you provide notice of cancellation before the next club processing date.
By joining the Wine Club, you agree to a minimum of three club shipments (1 year).
After your third shipment, you may cancel at any time without penalty.
If you cancel before completing three shipments, a $150 early cancellation fee
will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellations must be submitted before the club processing date to apply to the current shipment. Requests received after the processing date will take effect for the next shipment. The current one will still be fulfilled and charged.
• 12 Bottle Club: Complimentary ground shipping on all orders
• 6 & 3 Bottle Clubs: Complimentary shipping on orders of 12+ bottles
• All other orders under 12 bottles: Flat-rate $9.95 shipping
Yes! We’re happy to ship your Wine Club shipment to any eligible address, as long as we’re able to ship to that state. Just contact us before the processing date to update your shipping details.
You’ll typically have about 30 days to pick up your wine. We notify members in advance by text and email with all key dates and deadlines. After 30 days, we may ship the wine to your address on file or make alternative arrangements.
Yes! All members receive complimentary tastings throughout the year. The number and type of tasting experience depend on your Loyalty Tier, which is based on your lifetime spend. [View our Loyalty Program FAQ ]
Yes, you can share your membership, we require:
• One primary contact person on the account
• One primary credit card on file
Please note: Split payments are not allowed for club shipments. All charges and
benefits are managed through the primary account holder.
Absolutely! Wine Club memberships make great gifts. Reach out to our team and we’ll set it up for you.

Our Loyalty Program rewards our Wine Club Members based on their lifetime spend (LTV) with us. The more you invest in our wines and experiences, the more exclusive perks you unlock, from complimentary tastings
to top-tier access to events and shipping benefits.
All Wine Club Members are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program. Your tier is based on your lifetime spend (LTV) with Bricoleur Vineyards across wine, merchandise, events, and lodging.

Your LTV is the total amount you’ve spent on wine, experiences, lodging, and merchandise since becoming a Wine Club Member. It updates automatically as your purchases grow.
Log in to your member account or contact our hospitality team. We’re happy to let you know your current tier and how close you are to unlocking the next level.
Nope! As your LTV grows, you’ll be automatically moved up to the next tier and notified of your new benefits.
Your tier status is ongoing, and benefits
are renewed annually. Complimentary tastings and picnic reservations refresh
each year. Please note: benefits do not
roll over, if you don’t use them within the calendar year, they
will expire.
Loyalty perks are exclusive to active Wine Club Members. If you cancel, you’ll no longer receive Loyalty benefits. If you rejoin, you
retain your previous LTV.
Loyalty tiers are separate from your bottle club level (3, 6, or 12 Bottle Club), which determines your standard discounts and shipment frequency. However, combining a higher bottle club with a higher Loyalty Tier
means you unlock the best of both worlds.
Shipping
We currently ship to most states, except Utah, Hawaii, Mississippi, Delaware, Arkansas, and Alaska due to state regulations and shipping limitations.
• 12 Bottle Club members: Complimentary ground
shipping on all orders.
• 6 Bottle & 3 Bottle Club members: Complimentary ground shipping on orders
of 12 bottles or more.
• Orders under 12 bottles: Flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95.
Yes! We offer both UPS and FedEx for wine shipments. You can select your preferred carrier during checkout or let us know when
placing an order.
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, depending on weather conditions and carrier schedules. You’ll receive a
tracking number via email once your wine is on the way.
Yes, but we monitor temperatures closely. Shipments may be held during periods of extreme heat or cold to protect your wine. If
there’s a delay due to weather, we’ll notify you.
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. If you need assistance choosing the best method, just let us know.

Yes, just make sure to update your address before your order is processed. You can update it through your online account or by
contacting our team directly.
Contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to intercept or redirect your package.
Please note: A $20 fee for re-routing or address changes will be charged to the
card on file.
To avoid issues, we recommend shipping to a business address or another location where someone 21+ can sign for delivery.
Yes. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address or using a UPS or FedEx Access Point if no one will be home.
The shipping carrier will attempt delivery three times over three business days.
If no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment, which will incur a $25 re-shipping fee.
If your wine arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us right away at info@bricoleurvineyards.com. We’ll make it right.
Tasting Room
We are a family-friendly and dog-friendly estate. Children are welcome to join you during your visit; we just ask that they remain supervised at all times. Dogs are also welcome in our outdoor areas, please keep them leashed and well-behaved during your visit.
Our final seating of the day is at 4:00 PM, depending on the experience selected. Please note that some experiences may vary slightly in length, so we encourage early reservations to enjoy the full offering.
Yes, we highly recommend making a reservation to ensure we can provide you with the best possible experience. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
Absolutely. We specialize in hosting private events, celebrations, and large group tastings. To plan something custom, please reach out to our events team at events@bricoleurvineyards.com
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee, as our culinary and hospitality teams prepare for your visit in advance.
Yes, we do! We offer a selection of house-made non-alcoholic beverages and seasonal pairings so all guests can enjoy a thoughtful experience - whether they’re sipping wine or not.
To preserve the integrity of our culinary program and guest experience, we kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought onto the property. Our estate offers carefully curated food and wine pairings designed by our culinary team.
Events
Event inclusions vary by location, but all bookings come with thoughtful touches to make hosting seamless. We provide:
- Indoor and outdoor seating (up to 140 guests)
- 24” bistro bar tables, patio heaters, umbrellas
- Lawn games for a relaxed, wine country vibe
- Sonos sound system for ambient music
- Set-up and breakdown of all Bricoleur equipment
Bricoleur is proud to be a family-friendly estate. Many of our signature events - like Family Nights, Harvest Party, and Holiday Markets are designed with all ages in mind. For private events, the inclusion of children is at the discretion of the host.
At this time, we offer seasonal pasta-making classes, which can be reserved through our website. Private culinary experiences are in the works - stay tuned for updates!
Due to local permitting, we are not able to host wedding ceremonies. However, we would be delighted to host your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or post-wedding celebration.
Yes. Our indoor meeting room accommodates 25–30 guests and includes a large screen for presentations, teleconferencing capabilities, WiFi, and access to fresh air via a private outdoor space.

Most private events take place between 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Due to Sonoma County noise ordinances, all events must conclude by 10:00 PM sharp.
