Join Paul Schlickmann for a fun evening of cooking, dining, and conversation with Bricoleur Vineyards, while we celebrate the holidays together virtually. On December 20th, you can join this interactive wine tasting and cooking class from the comfort of your own home. The menu we will be preparing is a Chicken Milanese & Arugula Salad which will pair with a 2018 Estate Unoaked Chardonnay.
Once you’ve registered for this event, you will be shipped a complimentary bottle of Bricoleur Vineyards 2018 Estate Unoaked Chardonnay + the ingredient list. Simply purchase the ingredients and then tune in on December 20th for an exclusive cooking class with our Executive Chef Shane McAnelly, along with a wine tasting with our Tasting Room Director, Chris.
